I messed up both my hands at a young age from repetitive injuries can I fix my hands over time from drawing circles on paper?

Not Doctor Strange injury bad, but bad enough. I can’t read my writing and I can’t tie my own shoes. That’s why I like Fluther, because I can type my answer with out worry for poor penmanship. Doctor said that my hands won’t improve much over time. I tried therapy in grade school and I was embarrassed. I was told to draw circles in paper and it hurt over time. I injured my hands over and over many times from grade 3 – grade 9, and 5 years ago from punching a brick wall with my writing hand, and from running into walls and from running top speed on a sidewalk. I have a scribbler and am ready to start drawing circles now just asking if it is worth the effort?

Dr. Strange except from Wikipedia:
The character’s origin story relates that he was once a brilliant but egotistical surgeon. After a car accident severely damages his hands and hinders his ability to perform surgery, he searches the globe for a way to repair them and encounters the Ancient One. After becoming one of the old Sorcerer Supreme’s students, he becomes a practitioner of both the mystical arts as well as martial arts. Along with knowing many powerful spells, he has a costume with two mystical objects—the Cloak of Levitation and Eye of Agamotto—which give him added powers. Strange is aided along the way by his friend and valet, Wong, and a large assortment of mystical objects. He takes up residence in a mansion called the Sanctum Sanctorum, located in New York City. Later, Strange takes the title of Sorcerer Supreme.
