Do you bully yourself?

While I was at lunch today, they had a local Christian themed station playing. The girl in charge of the show was telling a story about a day when she was taking her 6 y/o son to school & she made a wrong turn. In her frustration, she muttered to herself “How stupid can you be?” Her son looked up & asked “Mommy, why you bullying yourself? You don’t let nobody else bully you.” I know I have called myself stupid more than once but am ready to claw anybody else eyes out for doing the same. When I spilled my soda tonight, I caught myself mid word “Dum—my—”. I’ve decided to STOP the bullying at home!!!
