Which flag seems new to the scene to you, i.e, has any country changed its flag?

I guess most people people can recognize the top…( fill in the number) flags in a sense that they’ve seen them over and over throughout their lives whether they can match them to the countires or not. So, is there a flag that you are seeing for the first time within the last few days or weeks or so?
