What can one put on their resume if they don't have any education or work experience?

Most places these days want a resume.
What can one put on their resume if they have very little schooling or work experience?

For me personally, I graduated high school and went for a semester at a two year college. I held a steady job at a bank for eight years a very long time ago. Other than that job, I haven’t held a job since. Nor do I volunteer anywhere. These things I’m sure won’t impress any employer.

I feel I’m young enough to still get work, I’m in my late 30s, and I’d like to soon before I get too old.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
