Who participated in the Build-A-Bear event yesterday?

Deary me. After receiving a text msg. yesterday that my watch was repaired and ready for pick-up, I headed to the mall. It was packed with children, strollers, and parents queueing in long lines.

The news reports today said that despite the company’s planning, it was a bit of a disaster. The BAB company seems to be attempting to address the issue.

I’m just curious if anyone experienced it first-hand, and if so, what it was like.
