Should Norway build the border wall?

I know that Trump has great admiration for Norway, and right now as a nation we are concerned about Russian interference—so why can’t THEY build the wall?

All they have is a fence or barrier and it is frequently permeated by smugglers from Syria.

Construction of the barrier began in September 2016 and took a few months. The Norway–Russia border barrier is an international border barrier built by Norway on the Norway–Russia border. The intent of the project was to prevent the smuggling and illegal crossing of migrants from the Middle East, mainly from Syria, who have used Russia as a route of entry into Norway (and thus into the European Union’s passport-free Schengen zone).
