Anyone else scared of taking antibiotics due to reactions?

I’m on roxithromycin and steroids as I have had sinus issues and a cough now for 1 month, plus I’m losing my voice! What gives winter!! Anyway I googled the side effects of Roxy and it came up with something called Steven-Johnson syndrome which has pretty much terrified me! I’ve been on it for two days and need to be on it for 7. Anyone else terrified of antibiotics and side effects? How do you manage that anxiety?
