What did a fast food place say about claims of it's burger being addictive?

Which fast food made a statement that its burger, or something, is addictive? That is, something like:
If you have to have a burger etc., every year, (let’s say on the day that you change the clock backward or forward), you’re addicted. And is that for legal purposes, so that no one can sue it for selling addictive food?
