Does Warren Buffett's daily breakfast of a McDonald's sausage and egg biscuit tell us anything about the claims of veganism and health?

I hope I asked this so it makes sense. He’s in his seventies, one of the top four wealthiest billionaires in America and shows no signs of health problems or weakening. Are we being fed a line of crap (pardon the pun) about what we should be eating to be healthy? He also has a Coke with his breakfast.
