What is your favorite part of popcorn?

First, I love how it’s almost 0 calories, unless you start adding butter and sugar and crap.

My favorite part, though, are the half popped kernels at the bottom. I wish they could invent a popcorn that would only partially pop.

Also, when I was in college, I had a friend from Iowa. Her family grew popcorn. So we went to her home and we picked a bunch of ears of popcorn and brought them back.
We shucked pop corn till our fingers almost bled!

I wonder how it was even discovered (haven’t googled though.)
