What kind of person is most likely to butt into other people's business, and give unwanted opinions and advice?

Is it just older people? Or is there a personality type? Was there a time when it was more socially acceptable to just blurt out whatever opinion you have on a topic?
I wonder this because a couple of our jellies have chosen not to have kids, and apparently they’ve been given some grief about that decision by some people in society.
What kind of person would even consider insulting someone, or quizzing them down, over something like that?
