Would JFK be elected as president today, given his unceasing pursuit of casual sex?

On Amazon Prime I found a documentary called “JFK’s Women.”
The dude had tens, if not literally hundreds, of casual sexual encounters when he was president….and when he wasn’t. He supposedly told brother Bobby that he gets migraines if he doesn’t have a “strange piece of ass everyday.”
The FBI was beside themselves trying to figure out who might be a spy.
He had sex with Mafia women.
The all male press knew about it but didn’t want to rat him out because they admired the ease with which he was able to get women to sleep with him.

I knew he wasn’t the most faithful husband but the documentary just left me shocked.
