How can we take the pontoon out on its maiden voyage on Saturday if it's only going to be 76 degrees F?

Normally we wouldn’t. But our new boat has been at my son’s since we bought it and the kids are just beside themselves. They’ve already been told we’re taking it out on Saturday. But it’s going to be COLD on that water. Simply being beside the lakes cools the immediate area, much less on it with a wind blowing at us.
Should we put up a tent and put sleeping bags in it? At least in the tent it will keep the wind off of their faces.
Just take a whole bunch of blankets?
Any ideas?
