Have you been accused of being a traitor to your identity?

I’m thinking along the lines of women who voted against Hillary being told they’re betraying all women, black and Hispanic people who voted for Trump being called “race traitor/Uncle Tom”, etc. This doesn’t just have to be political or racial. Perhaps you were accused of not being a true Christian because you are okay with same-sex marriage (something that happened to a friend of mine).

Has anyone ever implied that, through your actions or opinions, you were somehow doing a disservice to a group you identify with?

This kind of thing is how you can see who the true bigots are.
