My grandma won’t take me to the ER and I feel like I should go. Now I’m contemplating whether I should call an ambulance or not.

3 days ago I went to the ER because I was having severe pain in my upper abdomen. The doctor told me that I was severely constipated and that I needed to do a magnesium citrate clean out. So, I drank 2 bottles in an hour. I went to the bathroom non-stop all day and night. Now, today, I feel that the pain is getting worse and I’m experiencing more symptoms. I have stabbing pain in my upper abdomenr, pain when I breathe, I can’t sit nor lay down, and I have to take shorter, faster breathes in order for my chest not to hurt. You may think that I need to call 911 because of the breathing problem but I feel that I don’t need to because I’m used to it. This has been going on for 3 days.
