My birth year was in 1995. How do I know if I'm a millennial or generation Z? What exactly is the difference between the two?

I have a clear memory of 9/11 and Katrina. On 9/11 I remember being in elementary school. My teacher was notified that our class had to leave the classroom. We did not learn what had happened until the entire school was gathered outside for a moment of silence. Balloons were passed out to be released in the air to acknowledge the victims. Our school held an emergency dismissal after that so I got picked up early. It will be something that I hope to never forget. I became an adult in 2013 and was able to drink in 2016.
