Which should I buy: Dell U2720Q or LG 27UL850?

Recently I was looking for a 4K IPS monitor and after few months of researching a bit, I’ve decided I would go for the LG27UL850-W. My mind was all set and I was going to order this monitor the coming week.

But today I stumbled across the Dell UltraSharp U2720Q and now I’m in a dilemma. Since the Dell has a wider color gamut which is attracted me more towards this monitor. But alas it doesn’t have any form of adaptive sync.

What I would use this monitor for is mostly for some video editing, Photoshop work, general use and also a bit of gaming.

Which one should I go for?
(Even though the Dell is a bit out of my price range, max €500. But if the Dell is better I would be considering to spend bit more).
