What should I sing for my audition?

This is for 8th grade, but I figured I’d get a jumpstart so I know the songs by heart from singing them for two years. I’m looking to audition for the musical theater department at The Chicago Academy for the Arts in my high school experience, and I need a couple songs and a monologue. I need an up-tempo musical song and a ballad, both written before 1970. I also need a contemporary monologue from after 1900 that is one to two minutes long. For the dance portion of the audition, I need to learn a jazz number that will be taught to me. Any suggestions for tights, leotard and jazz shoes, brand, fabric, etc? And does anyone have any jazz tips? If you see this, thank you so much! One more thing I should add, I’m a soprano and I can’t go that low, but I’m working on that with my vocal coach.
