What would you do in this situation? (details within)

So, I will keep this brief because my emotions are still high.

A coworker tested positive for COVID, and it sounds like all employees need to get tested now, as this is the 2nd coworker.

My parents believe that if I test positive, it will affect my dad who works, in that he’ll have to quarantine (which would affect a lot money-wise).

They also believe that the thing is a hoax, and that they (health dept) would fabricate tests so they don’t want me to get tested at all.

The things is, I don’t know if it’s required or not. It sounded like it was the way it was worded that “all employees have to get tested” so I don’t know what would happen if I refused. My parents want me to refuse. And they are basically saying, I quit (if there is no other option) or they kick me out.

I don’t want to lose my job. I rely on them for transportation, I don’t have a car. I don’t have money to move out.

Should I get tested? Or just quit if I am required to get tested? It seems obvious, but I do have some alternatives to a living situation, it would just put me out of school. So I’m kind of fucked either way it seems.

Obviously if it is not required, there is no problem. I guess this is somewhat hypothetical. Still need advice.
