Which would you prefer, an honest vote and your choice loses, or your choice wins, even if it means cheating?

I can’t help wondering why so many people are against fact checking of fraud claims, and ballot audits.
Would you support your candidate even if it was proven they cheated?

This is a tough question. I am asking people to look inside themselves, and make account of their core values.
We often accuse politicians of being dishonest about motives and behavior, but what about the honesty of voters?
Here are the rules of my question.
Any response attempting to judge the truthfulness of another poster will be flagged.
Second guessing a candidate’s motives will be flagged.
