Can anyone help me figure out why I had this sudden feeling?

I know none of yall are medical professionals. Just trying to understand what happened.

I was helping my mom cook when suddenly I got really dizzy and had a bad hot flash. My vision got all weird where I was seeing colored spots. I felt like I was going to faint so I sat down for a minute. I felt a bit better but it got worse when I went to wash my hands.

My moms voice and the water sounded super muffled like I had earmuffs on. I somehow made it to my room after and fell onto my bed and turned my fan on.

I heard this weird sound in both my ears, not ringing but like a clinking sound. I thought it was from my fan at first. That all went away and I felt better enough to stand up but my heart was racing so badly I felt like I was going to have a panic attack. I calmed myself down.

I am not sure what happened. If anybody had experienced this I would be interested in hearing. I am going to bring this up to my doc on Tuesday.
