Good, reasonably cheap place for a rehearsal dinner in the North Beach/Embarcadero area?

I’m getting married next year and need a place for the rehearsal dinner fairly close to where people are staying at the Embarcadero that is also not too expensive. Ideally would accomodate around 85 people or so and have pretty decent food. I was hoping to not spend more than $5,000 total. Any suggestions? Thanks!
