What would you add to a crocodile?

Apparently crocodiles already sport the same design for about 100 million years (give or take).
It evolved into what is is now.
They are great predators, they are stealthy, they look the part, and they make for nice boots (~).
What are they missing though, in your view?
What could make them even more predatory?
How could they be improved?
Different color?
Bigger, or more fangs?
