Is drinking Emergen-C vitamin drink mix going to help me breathe better?

I think I have an pneumonia. I have not been able to breathe right for a week. I have no other symptoms, so it’s not COVID. I feel the same way I felt when I previously had an pneumonia. My doctor says I should go to urgent care, but my parents won’t take me because they think I just need to drink Emergen-C and I will be better. But I think that’s bullshit.

Is getting worse and laying down/talking is hard because I can’t breathe at all.
