Is there a way to turn our griddle into a makeshift oven?

We remembered we had a griddle on the camper. Pulled it out and set it on the stove (which isn’t hooked up) and cooked in our new, wrecked house for the first time. I made BLTs.
How can I turn it into an oven to cook biscuits and stuff?
