Was this sleepwalking?

I don’t remember my dream. But I woke up and without thinking or hesitation, I got out of bed, opened my door, and took a step out. Then I thought “wait, what the hell am I doing?” And got back into bed.

I was awake, just not fully conscious. It was super weird.
