Could u help me (I feel sick in my mind)?

Hi everyone. I don’t usually ask for help on the Internet or in real life but now I feel like I need help. Last few days or weeks I am not sure, I feel down. I lost my passion for everything I liked, I procrastinate a lot, school and things I don’t give me much sense, I don’t know what to do with my life, I am anxious about my future, I don’t feel happy in all and after everything I do, I feel like an Idiot and regret I did something like that. what is happening to me? Could u help me? PLS help
