How well liked is England's new king?

There are a lot of people who resent his treatment of Diana. Then there is the whole fox hunting mess. To me he comes across as the epitome of dorkiness. Charles III is not the most fortuitous name choice. Charles I is the only British king to be executed, and his son Charles II had a hard time as well. Link
