Please describe the worst pain in your life?

Mental and physical pain. 10/10. Feel free to add different types of pain.

My worst physical pain was when I ate a whole box of Raisin Bran to equal one bowl of Total cereal. I was in the hospital for a week.

My worst emotional pain was when I was 4 and my father lied to my mom that he had custody of me. I saw him walking towards my mom’s townhouse and he let go a snot rocket, all over the parking lot.
