Why do some Jellies constantly bang heads on Fluther?

Is it because they feel so good when they stop? Or do they get so little mental stimulation elsewhere in their lives? Or think anyone’s mind will be changed?

This is not aimed at anyone in particular, it has happened in the past as well as now, but I wonder at those who persist in arguing a point ad nauseum which is generally not accepted by the collective.
