Would you suspend campaigning and postpone the debates right now?

Put yourself in either Obama’s or McCain’s shoes. Would you want to keep the debates scheduled (the first being this coming Friday)? Or would you rather be seen as re-focusing your efforts on the bailout and economy at large?

For the record, my opinion is that the current crises (plural) are exactly what we should be seeing debates about. I think we need to hear these guys talk about it head-to-head, in detail.
