I'm thinking of a word and I can't quite figure out what it is.

Part of me wants to say frugil, but it’s not quite that. It is a virture and it has to do with being able to save, to be thrifty, and make good use of what you have. Having creative ideas for recycling things and getting the most out of things. What is the word?
