Fix Too much ink coverage in photoshop for print. possible?

Hello,
I have an image where the darkest parts are 100/100/100/100 but I want to change it to 60/40/40/100.
Is there ANY way to do this in photoshop.
I want to make sure the printer is happy when I send it out.
Too much ink coverage!!! :(
