How do I talk to my X after a break up?

Hears the thing I broke up with this girl about a week ago maybe two its so acword (sorry for spealing) because our lockers are right next to each other. Im not gonna be the first to say something. I sort of dont even want her to be friend shes just so annoying but i cant take evertime i go to my locker i need to pretend shes not there. HELP!
