Are there any alternatives to accutane?

this medication is for acne treatment. it works extremely well. ive been on it for 8 days, and im seeing a HUGE improvement. however, the side effects are extremely active. i get very depressed (i blame it on the meds, so i know its not me), i get backpain (it feels like someone hit me in the back with a sledgehammer), my lips, eyes and nose get very dry, im very moody, i have tingling in my skin and my hunger patterns are weird. all this on a low dose!

im looking for an alternative that doesnt require a daily routine of creams, gels and the whole shebang. i just dont have the time in the morning.
