Lost my itunes songs/library?

I know its there somewhere it was working 2 hours ago, i put some icons on my folders but that shouldn’t have changed anything? i went to advanced and tried 2 libraries but that didn’t work? Anyone know the specific “File Name” i should be looking for, I thought it was “Itunes library.xml”? i have about 300 cd’s on my drive nice and orderly and i don’t want to have to re-catalog all of them. thanks for any help…
