Getting rid of hickies!

Any tips on how to make them go away faster? Or at least. . . .tastefully cover them up when you’re at work, that doesn’trequire make-up?
I’m going to be visiting family in a tropical country. . . .and a scarf would be a little less than subtle. My parents are definitely not keen on the idea of me dating anyone, so I’m trying to figure out ways of covering up any evidence when I visit. I’m sure that by the time I see them they’ll have pretty much faded, but I don’t really want to take that chance O_O
