Mac/Apple users: What program do you use for your tasks/to-do list funtions?

I am currently a PC user who uses Microsoft Outlook and a BlackBerry – I am thinking about switching to an Apple with an iPhone but wonder about how task management works with Apple and your experience with to-do lists, etc.
