How do I keep my two dogs from jumping our fence?

I have blue heelers that are a year old and pretty well behaved except they keep jumping our 4ft fence. We have no money left for classes or fixing the fence since we spent over a thousand in landscaping just to keep them from digging under. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
