Any idea for a secret Santa surprise?

Ok guys I know this girl that’s my parents friends daughter, I been wanting to get to let her know I dig her and would love to go out with her . My point is I want to make it special like sending a present to her house but don’t really know what, can you help?
By the way she’s a polak and I’m as well but we are more American I guess since we live in the states much longer than the native land.
