Do you believe you could have a "death date"?

This may sound a bit out there but it’s a serious question.

For many years now I’ve noticed that the number 42 has played a significant role in my life. It’s appeared A LOT and not usually as a good thing. I was just wondering if anyone believes in a theory such as “is it possible to be subtly told by life when you’re going to die?”

Note: 42 is the most predominant number. There have been 41’s and 43’s but mostly it’s always right at 42.

Oh and, before anyone asks, this has absolutely NOTHING to do with Douglas Adams.
