A "reply" feature in fluther threads: good idea or not?

What do people think of the idea of adding a “reply” feature in fluther threads—i.e., nested replies to comments?
On one hand, it seems silly to me to specify who I’m replying to instead of just having a feature to click on a particular post, but on the other hand, I could just be wanting features for the sake of wanting features—the current system doesn’t really have any flaws.
