How do I add an email account into my Sidekick?

I currently use a Sidekick Slide, and I was able to add both my yahoo and gmail email accounts. Though, I also wanted to try and add my other email account (windows live), but I was not able to figure out how to do it. If you can help, that would be great! Thanks.
