How do you get an IE window to maximize every time it opens?

At one point or another I resized my IE window on my computer. Now every time it opens it is the size I had made it. (A small, long rectangle so that my surfing would be undetected.)
How do I get it to open up to maximized size by default again?
It is driving me crazy!
