Whats wrong with my foot?

I am 20 (if that has any relevance). I have always had cold feet. Poor circulation, I assume. The past week the arch in my right foot gets a warm sensation. No tingling or anything, just warm. It happens with socks on or off, sitting in any position. So whats going on?
