What is a good excersize that affects the entire body? Sections and stuff.

I am 16 and i am on the pretty chunky side. i haven’t worked out or lifted weights in a year and all of my upper body is gone. mush. That sums it up. I am about 5’11’’ weighing at around 220lbs and i want to start working out again but my whole body and not just biceps orcalphs. I’d like to know whats the best workout for a specific part. one for each, tricep, bisep, thighs, calphs, abs, side-abs, shoulder muscles, ect. I try to look for them on the web but i have to pay to see the workouts and that aint cool. Also i would ike to learn how to get my buttox back. aint as firm as it was as a child. what a shame. haha :)
