D40 the aperture doesn't work?

Hi
I got problem with my tiny nikon d40 the aperture doesn’t work over f5.6 i see
on my lcd error its happen in any lenses.
When i shake camera something sound like spring
i thing the aperture is all the time at f22 because on the lens i can see small hole
