What's that dance called?

There’s a dance where one puts the arms out, ball the fists and jerks around so the arms are on the opposite side of the body, and then rotates the upper body one way and the arms the other while standing still. An example of someone doing it is at the end of this commercial.

I can do this dance, but I don’t know what it’s called.
