I just found out my sister is coming after almost a year and a half of not seeing each other... how do I welcome her?

My sister and I have been away for almost 7 years but it had never been this long since we saw each other. A lot of things have happened… I had a baby and she hasn’t met him! I want to do something special to welcome her… any ideas??
