Anyone successful in setting up a shared hard drive for iTunes using AEBS?

I experience serious lag when trying to use the shared disk on any machine for iTunes but pplseem to say they don’t have plms; should clarify that this occurs on both wired and wireless CPU’s on an Airport Extreme Base Station all macs
